Ebisu Sushi is a conceptual brand I developed to merge the heritage of Japanese cuisine with a spirit of modern experimentation. The first phase of the design process involved researching existing sushi restaurants and breweries to define the business concept and set a clear creative direction. Taking cues from how craft breweries have transformed their industry, I designed a visual identity that is both respectful and bold. This campaign includes brand collateral from menus to packaging, wearables, and a mobile pop-up truck, showcasing how a unified identity can bring a modern sushi experience to life.
This work was recognized with two ADDY Awards in the Integrated Brand Campaign category.
